The main purpose of this discipline is the formation of students' theoretical knowledge, applied skills and abilities in creating and managing startup projects for software development; ability to formulate the idea of your own or corporate business in the form of a startup project; present the business idea to potential consumers, investors, and other stakeholders; develop a business plan for the implementation of a business idea; manage the implementation of an IT startup.
The task of studying the course "IT startups" is to master the principles and master the methodological tools for managing the implementation of startup software development projects; generating creative ideas; ability to evaluate and select innovative ideas for implementation in the "start-up" format; skills in building a project team, building partnerships and conducting business negotiations; ability to choose effective forms of capital raising; ability to defend their business interests to investors; ability to present business ideas to investors, suppliers, consumers; choose the right target audience and means of communication; technique in promoting the project on the Internet.
Upon completion of the discipline, the student must apply in practice the instrumental software tools of domain analysis, design, testing, visualization, measurement and documentation of software; know and be able to apply software verification and validation methods, know approaches to software quality assessment and assurance; have the skills to manage the life cycle of information technology software, products and services in accordance with the requirements and restrictions of the customer, be able to develop project documentation (feasibility study, terms of reference, business plan, agreement, contract).- Викладач: Суринович (Сіваковська) Олена
