Завдання вивчення навчальної дисципліни є: ідентифікація типів та видів комунікацій та для різних сценаріїв розвитку організації; встановлення ролей та обов’язків команди та їх апробація; застосовування комунікативних моделей та інструментів для ефективного спілкування з членами команди та зацікавленими сторонами; виявлення та оцінка комунікаційних потреб зацікавлених сторін, покращення спілкування між поколіннями, культурами та рівнями влади; розуміння та застосування методів вирішення командних конфліктів; формування комунікативного плану команди, кроскультурної взамодії.
